Each branding serves its own purpose with The Coffee Scent specializing in Coffee and Espresso Machines, coffee beans, brewing tools and more while The SubZero Station specializes in the gelato, soft Serve and waffle/crepe maker machines, gelato ingredients and more. Do you provide training on proper usage of the machines?

Yes, we do upon delivery and installation of the machine.

Is there a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum purchase however if you spend more than $150, you can enjoy free delivery.

What is your showroom’s operating hours?

We are open from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays.

What is your return policy?

We have a strict return policy as we are dealing with consumables and others F&B related items. We do not offer return policy unless stated otherwise or based on management discretion on case to case basis.

How are my items packed?

All items will be packed in their original packaging, unless stated otherwise.

Am I able to pick up my items at your showroom instead of having it deliver?

Yes, you can. Our showroom operating hours is from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are only currently delivering in Singapore but we will be expanding in the near future.

How can I track my orders?

You may track your orders from your account page or from “insert link”

How long will my item(s) take to arrive?

Items will take approximately 2-7 working days to arrive to your door step! Do check on your delivery status and tracking on your account page.

Are there restricted areas/zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore (only because we aren't allowed to!)

Must I have a PayPal account to purchase items?

No, you don’t. You may opt to pay by credit/debit.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.


I would like to buy a large quantity of an item for my cafe, can I do that on the eShop?

Yes, you can, but there could be a possibility that there might not be enough stock. Should you require to purchase a large quantity, you may drop us an email with your order and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

An item that I wanted to buy is out of stock, how long will it take to be restocked?

It would be dependent on the item that is out of stock as machines would take a longer time to be restocked. Do keep checking our eShop for any restocks or new items.

Why are some items that are found on the individual websites not found on the eShop?

We sell a large range of items that may not be on our e-shop, therefore you may visit our websites The Coffee Scent & The SubZero Station to find the rest of the products.

Can I rent a machine?

The machine that I bought is faulty, what do I do?

As we provide free installation upon delivery, our technician will make sure the machine is up and in working condition. We do one to one exchange for machines with fault. Machines that are bought from us have a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects. Drop us an email at with relevant details on the issue you are facing and other information that would be useful, so we could address your issue in an effective manner as soon as possible.

Do you provide servicing for the machines?

Yes. We have a team of dedicated technicians assigned at our service centre locally. If your machine needs servicing, do drop us an email at and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

Do you provide assembly of the machine upon delivery?

Yes, we provide free training and installation upon delivery.

Do you sell spare parts of the machines?

Yes we do, however we would like to understand more on your requirement for the spare parts in order to assist you further, drop us an email at and we will get back to you within 3 working days.


Where do you get your coffee beans from?

We source our beans from various regions. You may visit our website to find out more.

Do you sell organic coffee?

Can you help us grind the coffee beans?

We provide grinding services at a fee of SGD2/pack. However we sell grinders too, you may visit our website to find the range of products.
